The lightweighting solution
XW is a blowing masterbatch containing a high level of an exothermic blowing agent in a LDPE or EVA carrier. This product is mainly used for insulation in polyethylene and PVC, for cable industry as example. It allows to decrease the density of the final product. Temperature of activation of the active agent will vary. It will depend on the selected grade – from 145°C till 200°C as “Starting Degradation” Temperature.
