Polytechs strengthens its European distribution network with Safic-Alcan

Polytechs, a specialist in compounds and Masterbatches for the plastics industry, announces the appointment of Safic-Alcan as its distribution partner for Europe, except for Germany, Italy, Poland and the Republic of Türkiye. This strategic agreement is designed to strengthen Polytechs’ presence across the continent, improving the service levels and ensuring constant product availability for its industrial customers.
Under this new setup, Polytechs remains the manufacturer for its full range of products – including its Peroxide masterbatch Flow Xpress® and its purging compound range Clean Xpress® and continues to drive innovation, product development and technical support for the polymer film industry; the Wire & Cable sector, the Pipe & Tube industry and all related Polymer Compounding & Extrusion industries. Safic-Alcan will act as the primary commercial interface in the covered markets, managing quotations, orders and deliveries, while working closely with Polytechs’ teams to support customer projects.
The transition to this new distribution model will be managed jointly by Polytechs and Safic-Alcan in order to secure a smooth handover. Customers will be progressively informed of their dedicated contacts and any practical changes to ordering and logistics procedures.
